The Great Cookie Thief

Around this house we love our ipad. I don't know what we would do without it (though probably we would survive...). There are so many educational games that I don't feel guilty letting the kids play and I love that though miss L can play all the games there are some that mister W can play all by himself. Sweet little man even enjoys watching from time to time.

Recently we got the app "The Great Cookie Thief." It's an interactive story from Sesame Street featuring Cookie Monster and one of the activities that goes along with the book is this "wanted" poster. I knew it was there but I had no idea that miss L had discovered it until I synced the ipad to the computer and found these:

I love these pictures. I love that she drew on herself and took goofy photos. I love that the pictures she drew featured characters with dark skin. I love that she figured out how to do all of it all by herself. I just think this is so cute!
