When you are a third child you don't always get the sort of attention that the older two get. They can talk and get into more trouble than you can (at least for now) and since you sleep a lot people tend not to spend a great deal of time alone with you. There are those moments though, usually during quiet time in the afternoon, or after bedtime in the evening, when you can be alone with your mom and dad for a few minutes.
This day was August 4th and it was during afternoon quiet time. We'd been playing with the bubbles and Brad got them back out for sweet little man. At first he wasn't too interested, but then we noticed them.
...and pretty much as soon as he noticed them, he liked them.
There's just nothing like a smile on a baby's face! I'm so thankful for this beautiful boy!
